Bom, este é um exemplo bem legal para HTML, utilzando um letreiro digital ou o marquee.


<marquee>Letreiro Digital</marquee> - Normal

<marquee direction="right">direita</marquee> - rola para direita

<marquee behavior="slide">ir e parar</marquee> - rola e para

<marquee direction="alternate">Alternando</marquee> - fica alternando de um lado para outro

<marquee scrollamount="20">Rápido</marquee> - define a velocidade do marquee

<marquee direction="down" width="8" height="800">aqui</marquee> - o texto vai para baixo
